Elizabeth Motley is an award-winning Executive Producer and strategic Content & Communications Executive known for building trusted, multi-platform media franchises—particularly in the health and wellness sector. With a career spanning national television, global travel media, political news, and corporate communications, she has consistently transformed complex subject matter into compelling, audience-driven storytelling that delivers measurable business impact.

In 2019, Motley was recruited by Nexstar Media Group to create and launch a daily, one-hour nationally syndicated health and wellness lifestyle program. She developed and executive produced BLOOM TV, now in its sixth year, establishing it as a credible, engaging health franchise across broadcast and digital platforms. She also launched its companion podcast, translating medical and lifestyle topics into accessible, expert-driven content for modern audiences.

A former television news anchor, Motley brings deep expertise in editorial leadership, brand storytelling, media strategy, and high-value partnership development. She has worked across global organizations and the travel and hospitality sectors, driving audience growth, cross-platform engagement, and strategic revenue opportunities.

Her creative leadership has earned 14 Telly Awards, three Davey Creative Awards, an Addy Award, the MAN Media Award, and the American Heart Association’s Award for Excellence in Cardiovascular Communications. She has produced content for major networks and brands including The Walt Disney Company, CBS, Fox Broadcasting Company, Hearst Television, PBS, Royal Caribbean International, Crayola, Fisher-Price, Lancôme, Dillard's, and Caymus Vineyards.

In 2025, Motley transitioned into corporate communications as Corporate Communications Manager for Clarifying, a healthcare insurance agency, where she applies her media expertise to brand positioning, executive visibility, stakeholder communications, and strategic messaging.

Previously, Motley made broadcast history at RFD-TV, where she was recruited to Nashville as Executive News Director and Anchor to create and launch the network’s first national news division focused on rural America. On February 16, 2012, she anchored the inaugural Rural Evening News, reaching 61 million homes. As anchor and Executive Producer, she increased the network’s Nielsen ratings in the timeslot by 40 percent.

As Vice President of Programming for America's Voice in Washington, D.C., she created and developed live, interactive news programming and led coverage of presidential elections, including live digital and broadcast reporting from the Democratic and Republican National Conventions. She collaborated with notable political and media figures including Mary Matalin, Susan Molinari, Oliver North, and Billy Bush.

In 2007, Motley founded OceansTV, Inc., an international travel entertainment company in partnership with IFE Services Ltd (later acquired by Global Eagle Entertainment). She pioneered televised entertainment experiences for the cruise industry, including CBS Eye on Royal Caribbean, MTV at Sea, the Academy Awards at Sea, and FOX’s American Idol finale at Sea in 2006. She also helped launch portable entertainment and gaming integrations, including the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP), for cruise audiences.

Motley later expanded into public relations, founding Motley Media-PR and representing artists, entertainment brands, and media entrepreneurs. Her clients included actor James Best, best known for The Dukes of Hazzard; director and performer Michael Damian; and musicians including Matthew and Gunnar Nelson. She produced broadcast and digital content for the National Association of Broadcasters, CMT, and other leading media and entertainment brands.

Early in her career, Motley helped launch lifestyle series Tampa Bay’s Talking at WTVT and created the award-winning public affairs program Inside Tampa Bay for Hearst Television. She also played a role in launching America’s Health Network at Universal Studios, further establishing her foundation in health-focused media innovation.
